Shaolin Luo

Prior to joining Han Kun, Mr. Shaolin Luo was a partner of Loyal Valley Capital. Before that, he served as an assistant to the chairman and as the general counsel of YF Capital, and as a partner of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, based in the firm's Beijing and Hong Kong offices. Mr. Luo has over 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, private equity, and securities transactions.
