In what capacity: We advised both the seller and the buyer. We drafted the sale and purchase agreement and share transfer agreement.
Deal value: BD507,690.563 (Bahrain Dinars Five Hundred Seven Thousand Six Hundred Ninety and Five Hundred Sixty Three Fils.
The outcome: Successful completion of the share transfer and the registration of the share transfer with the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism in Bahrain.

In what capacity: We advised the Lenders on Bahrain laws point. We drafted the Bahrain law governed security documents and provided a capacity and enforceability opinion to the Lenders.
