Sadock is the Managing Partner and head of the Banking and Finance Practice at IMMMA. 

Sadock’s expertise includes transactional banking, corporate finance, debt capital markets, restructuring, receiverships, banking regulatory and compliance. Sadock regularly represents banking institutions, both domestic and international, in secured and unsecured lending transactions including syndicated lending, project finance, personal property security, derivatives and equity finance.

  • Advised an international bank in a USD 20 million secured lending for construction and development of a mine in Tanzania.
  • Advised a regional bank  in a secured USD 12 Million facility to finance the development of a series of small hydro power plants in Tanzania;
  • Advised an international manufacturing and agriculture company on the acquisition of a Tanzanian company’s assets.
  • Advised a venture capital fund on the sale of its equity shares in a hotel investment to a local shareholder.
  • Advised an international group of investors on the establishment of a fertilizer plant in Tanzania.
  • Advising one of the African Government on roads PPP’s.
  • Advising and acting as a Receiver and Manager for a regional bank on its recovery of its outstanding loan amounting to $5 million from a local developer.
