Razvan Vlad has over 18 years of professional activity, focusing his practice on corporate and commercial law.

Razvan regularly advises on corporate restructuring projects for mid-sized to large corporates. He also has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, construction & infrastructure projects, privatizations, as well as public procurement matters, with particular focus in the infrastructure field.

• Advised the shareholders of a medical clinic chain in the sale of the majority stake to a PE fund to establish a strategic partnership.
• Advised a Romanian poultry and agribusiness company in the acquisition of 100% shares in a company active in the same field as the client, owned by an international food company.
• Advised a construction engineering company in the development of a thermal power plant in Romania, with combined cycle of turbines and gas.
