Qinghong Cai is the coordinating partner of our M&A practice. Prior to joining Merits & Tree, Ms. Cai worked at Simpson Thatcher & Bartlett LLP (a well-known Wallstreet law firm) and BlueFocus Group (an A-share listed company). She is specialized in M&A and securities compliance. With outstanding experience in merger and acquisition transactions and corporate governance, she is able to provide full-range legal services utilizing her comprehensive expertise in regulatory compliance, capital strategy, and tax planning.
