Nate Volz

Nate represents borrowers, lenders and other financial institutions in a variety of commercial financing transactions. He focuses much of his practice on corporate lending. He provides legal guidance to clients on domestic and cross-border loan transactions including senior secured and unsecured credit facilities; syndicated and bilateral financings; unitranche financings; mezzanine financings; and cash-flow, asset-based and split-lien transactions.
