Nadine Leitner

Nadine’s practice areas include in particular mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, private foundation law, and venture capital. Nadine has significant experience gained over many years of providing advice to both national and international clients in her areas of expertise. She is a ‘home grown’ attorney and spent her entire time as an associate at CERHA HEMPEL since she joined the firm in 2014. Nadine Leitner is the author of numerous publications on her specialist subjects and is a member of the supervisory board of Mavoco AG, a software company specialising in the Internet of Things.

• Advised EnBW Trust e.V. and EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG in the EUR 1 billion sale of a 28.35% stake in EVN AG, purchased by WIENER STADTWERKE GmbH. 
• Advised San Pacific and San Venture in connection with the sale of their shareholdings in Erber AG to Koninklijke DSM NV ("Royal DSM").
• Advised Alfred Ritter GmbH & Co KG on its acquisition of a production facility belonging to Mars Austria OG in Breitenbrunn.
