Myra Garrett

Myra is a Corporate Partner and former Managing Partner of the Firm. She has a broad corporate practice specialising in mergers & acquisitions, public takeovers, IPOs and capital market transactions. She has a particular expertise on advising technology companies on fundraising, exit strategy and trade sales. She also advises companies and boards of directors on corporate governance, general compliance and troublesome issues.

• The Irish Times DAC on the acquisition of Landmark Media Group including the Examiner
• Fenergo Group Shareholders on the disposal of controlling stake to Insight Venture
• Guerbet Group on its acquisition of the CMDS business of Mallinckrodt
• Netwatch Holdings DAC on its global merger with entities including Californian based National Monitoring Centre in a deal funded by private equity firm, Riverside
• Naval Group as secured lender in Openhydro Group including the petition for liquidation of the parent and main operation companies in the group
• The Board of the Quinn Hospitality Group as appointed by the IBRC Share Receiver.
