Dr. Marcel Bartnik advises institutional and private clients (including pension funds, fund managers and investors) on the structuring and setting up of Luxembourg investment vehicles. His experience includes products such as UCITS, SIF (specialised investment funds), SICAR (investment company in risk capital), RAIF (reserved alternative investment fund), management companies and AIFMs.

• Advising a German asset manager in the establishment of a private equity fund-of-fund structure in the form of a RAIF.
• Advising a South American family office in structuring part of their assets through several Luxembourg specialised investment funds and on the setting up of their Luxembourg AIFM.
• Advising a US private equity manager on the structuring and setting up of their European fund platform under the form of a multi-compartment RAIF.
