Luca Cuomo

Luca is a highly regarded practitioner and has significant experience acting for clients who operate in different industries. He effectively supports his clients by providing tailor-made advice on a range of deals including but not limited to corporate governance, commercial contracts, industrial M&A and private equity transactions.

He specializes in the representation of domestic and international corporate clients, private equity funds, commercial banks and their private equity affiliates in public and private, domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity investments, advising on all aspects of highly complex transactions.

Luca Cuomo is a Scientific Committee member and lecturer at Il Sole 24 ore Business School.

Recently, he has authored "Le operazioni di private equity: un case-study", with the collaboration of the DWF associate Antonio Lopetuso, on Analisi Giuridica dell’Economia.

• Assisted Gruppo Florence S.p.A. in the acquisitions of Calzaturificio Lorenza and Calzaturificio Novarese as well as Officine Ciemmeci.
• Assisted Artoni Group S.p.A. and SRH S.r.l. in the acquisition of 51% of Press Di Distribuzione Stampa e Multimedia S.r.l., a company active in the national distribution of magazines and newspapers for the Mondadori Group and over 90 third-party publishers.
• Assisted Enhancers S.p.A. in the sale of its entire share capital to Warrant Hub S.p.A., a company belonging to the Tinexta Group
• Assisted the shareholders of Mollica Customs Services S.r.l. and MACC S.r.l. in the sale of the entire share capital to Customs Support Group B.V., a European group active in the customs sector
• Assisted Lisap Laboratori Cosmetici S.p.A., one of the most important Italian companies in the Hair Beauty sector, in the acquisition of a majority shareholding in Parisienne Italia S.p.A., a company operating in the cosmetics sector.
