Jürg Luginbühl’s main practice area is mergers & acquisitions, advising Swiss and foreign clients in national and international corporate acquisitions, company mergers and restructurings, and public takeovers. He specialises in business transfers, spin-offs, outsourcing, management buyouts, leveraged buyouts, private equity and venture capital as well as succession arrangements.
