Jumoke routinely advises clients on policy, regulatory, transactional and project development issues across the energy value chain. Her project development experience covers gas processing plants, petrochemical plants, LNG facilities, storage facilities, pipelines and power plants. She has advised on several acquisitions and divestures within her focal sectors and has also advised government and developmental organisations on policy formulation and reforms aimed at enhancing governance and regulatory structures in the energy and infrastructure sectors and creating enabling environments for increased private capital into these sectors. Recently, she led a team constituted by the Rural Electrification Agency to support the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission in fast-tracking the licensing of mini-grid developers under the Solar Hybrid Mini Grid Programme of the Nigerian Electrification Project.

 

  • Advising Brass Fertilizer and Petrochemical Company Limited on the development of a $3.5bn gas processing and methanol production facility.
  • Advised a midstream company on project agreements for the development of a 10 million bopd crude oil terminal in Nigeria.
  • Advised Platform Petroleum Limited on a gas supply agreement with the Nigerian Gas Marketing Company for gas supply to end users via the OB3 pipeline.
