José Filipe Salreta

José Filipe is a senior associate in our Compliance & Regulatory practice.

He advises technology companies, financial institutions, and other regulated entities in a broad range of compliance matters, with a focus on data privacy, anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, cyber-security, consumer protection and in matters related to industry specific regulations.

In addition to his advisory work, José Filipe also represents clients in administrative proceedings arising from regulatory infringements, and frequently acts for financial institutions in judicial proceedings dealing with contractual disputes.

José Filipe’s experience extends to the construction and infrastructure sector, where he advises developers and contractors in a wide range of matters, including public and private tenders and contracting, as well as in public procurement and construction disputes.
