Jean-Robert Bousquet

Jean-Robert Bousquet joined CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats in 2006 and was elected as partner of the Firm in 2010. From 2001 to 2006, he worked at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP (in Paris and New York) doing M&A and capital markets transactions. He is the Co-Head of the Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions Team of the Firm and also the French representative at the CMS Corporate Management Committee.

His practice focuses on national and international corporate transactions (acquisitions and joint-ventures) and also strategic advice on corporate governance and shareholders relationships. He has more than 15 years of experience advising strategic players, family offices and financial investors on their transactions and business activities in France.

He has also extensive experience in handling complex international transactions (inbound and outbound) for clients, who are from a variety of industries, including several key players in the consumer goods, financial services and the defence industries.
