• Guillermo E. Zúñiga is assisting one of his clients, a worldwide agrochemical company, in the acquisition of the incumbent assets of a local family-owned business, with operations in the Central American region. The transaction is pending antitrust approval by local authorities.
• Guillermo E. Zúñiga completed the due diligence of a retail jewelry business in Costa Rica. Guillermo is leading the negotiations for the purchase of the shares of the company, to be completed before the end of this year.
• Guillermo E. Zúñiga was retained to provide legal advice about distribution and agency agreements in Central America and the Caribbean by a global pharma company. The company will be terminating and negotiating distribution agreements, to complete its new business model scheme.
