Mr. Peng had worked as an in-house counsel in China Patent Office for 4 years since 1987.  From 1991 to 1995, he worked as lawyer in Tianpin Law Office.  In 1995 he became a founding partner of Jun Ze Jun Law Office.  In 1996 he jointed Gong Cheng Law Office as a partner.  Gong Cheng and Jingtian merged into Jingtian & Gongcheng in 2000.  Mr. Peng also has experience of working as visiting lawyer in British law firm and Hong Kong law firm.

In the area of banking and financing areas, Mr. Peng has handled hundreds of cases, covering general banking issues, project financing, export credit, commercial loans, syndicated loans, issuance of bonds and commercial paper, assets securitization, aircraft and ship financing, and disposal of non-performing assets, as well as related suits and arbitration.
