Dr. Fatma has more than 19 years of experience in corporate law, M&A, project finance, private equity, oil & gas, energy, construction, and dispute resolution. She is also a professor of law at Cairo University since 2010.

  • Advised ENI S.P.A on the acquisition of 50% of Union Fenosa Gas' shares in SEGAS Company as a part of a big settlement concluded with Egypt in relation to Damietta LNG project
  • Advised and represented Kellogg International and Tolaram Singapore in establishing their food manufacturing plant in Egypt
  • Advised ExxonMobil in relation to two agreements for natural gas exploration in the Mediterranean with EGAS.
  • Advice to G4S Plc in the restructuring of its companies in Egypt
  • Advised Adeptio AD Investments SPC Ltd., on its obligation to submit a mandatory tender offer  in Egypt
