Emilia Lehtonen

Emilia Lehtonen advises international and domestic lenders, sponsors, corporate borrowers and other market participants on a broad range of complex financing transactions with a particular focus on acquisition, corporate and project financings. She has considerable international experience particularly in debt finance related transactions. For instance, she has worked as a Consultant in European Investment Bank’s lending operations division in Luxembourg.
