Elizabeth Silfa

Senior Associate Attorney at Headrick. Admitted to professional practice in 2015. Her practice is focused on general business matters, banking and financial law, project financing, contracts, collateral, mergers and acquisitions, immigration law, real estate matters, corporate law, environmental law, regulatory matters, foreign investment, and data protection and privacy.

Elizabeth received her Bachelor of Laws from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) in 2015.

In 2016 she participated in the intensive program U.S. Legal Methods: Introduction to U.S. Law, at the Institute for U.S. Law, in affiliation with the George Washington University Law School, in Washington, D.C., United States of America. She has a Master of Laws in Corporate Business Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), and in 2021 obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Fashion Law with concentration in business, e-commerce and digital transformation, from Centro de Estudios Garrigues in Madrid, Spain.
