He has also represented major Chinese financial organisations in connection with their cross-border financing transactions in other countries.

• Advised International Finance Corporationn (IFC) as lender on a RMB650,000,000 loan to a micro-loan company under Baidu Group. 
• Advised a syndicate of international banks with Deutsche Bank AG, Hong Kong Branch as mandated lead arranger, bookrunner and agent in connection with a pre-payment facility agreement of up to USD160,000,000 to Hangzhou Zhengcai Holding Group Co., Ltd., to finance its prepayment for the primary unalloyed aluminium.
• Advised Standard Chartered Bank on its receivables finance to a Chinese company.
• Advised China Development Bank as lender on a USD250,000,000 financing to a mining company in Indonesia.
• Advised The Export-Import Bank of China as lender on a RMB800,000,000 working capital loan to an agricultural project in Singapore.
