As a leading supplier of power battery systems in the industry, Gotion High-Tech Co., Ltd. has significantly increased the order demand of overseas customers in recent years, and Gotion High-Tech Co., Ltd. has reached strategic cooperation with high-quality international customers such as Volkswagen, Jinko, and Tata.
This offering is conducive to expanding the global market share of Gotion High-Tech Co., Ltd., further improving the level of performance, and promoting the long-term benign development of Gotion High-Tech Co., Ltd. This offering is also an important measure to respond to the policy call of the domestic capital market, deepen the interconnection of the Capital Markets between China and Europe, and use the overseas capital markets to promote the development of the real economy.

Is Volkswagen Aktiengesellschaft’s regional headquarter in China, responsible for business in China, and will be the main platform of Volkswagen Aktiengesellschaft in China to achieve its new energy car strategy.

Volkswagen(China) Investment Co., Ltd. realizes the Strategic Investment in Gotion High-Tech Co., Ltd. through participation in the non-public issuance of Gotion High-Tech Co., Ltd. and the method of agreement transfer.

After the completion of the Strategic Investment, Volkswagen(China) Investment Co., Ltd. will become the largest shareholder of Gotion High-Tech Co., Ltd., holding 26.47% of the shares. The transaction marks the opening of a strategic partnership between Gotion High-Tech Co., Ltd. and Volkswagen(China) Investment Co., Ltd.
