Benjamin S. Arfa is an associate in Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz’s Restructuring and Finance Department.

Mr. Arfa received a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University in 2008, where he was a Meinig Family National Scholar. Mr. Arfa also received an MSc. in Accounting and Finance with distinction from the London School of Economics in 2009. He completed his J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2014, where he was awarded the American College of Bankruptcy Distinguished Law Student Award (1st Circuit) and was co-president of the Harvard Association for Law and Business.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Arfa was an analyst in the Financial Institutions Group in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York.
