  • Advised Team Polaris on the bidding of the Php24.4B Bulacan Bulk Water Supply Project and MPIC-JG Summit on the Php17.5B MCIA Expansion, Operations and Maintenance Project;
  • Advised Aboitiz Renewables, Inc. in its acquisition of San Carlos Sun Power, Inc. (Sacasun) and advised Sacasun on the PhP24B project financing for its 58.9MW solar power project;
  • Advised Manila Electric Company on its long-term supply agreements totalling over 4,000MW;
