André Santos Raquel

André is regularly sought to assist clients in the gaming, entertainment, banking and financial services industries, providing regulatory, compliance, operations and litigation advice.

He assisted a Macau gaming operator in the public tender for Macau gaming concessions, including proposal documentation, contract negotiations and signing, and frequently acts as Macau counsel to lenders and syndicated lenders, as well as to issuers, sponsors and underwriters in the listing of securities.

André has been called to act as an arbitrator (including as president in an entertainment-related arbitration).

In Portugal, he has acted as General Counsel to a multinational group of companies.
