• Represented International Holding Company PJSC on its business merger with PAL Cooling.
• Represented a large international private equity fund on the acquisition of a majority interest in a UAE-based school group.
• Represented Utico Group on its capital raise, with a deal value of US$400 million. 
• Represented a regional sovereign wealth fund on its investment in a financial institution and related matters.
• Represented a large regional family office group on the acquisition of real estate assets in the United Kingdom.
