Ajibola Dalley

Ajibola Dalley head’s the firm’s Banking and Finance, Litigation and Arbitration and Transportation Practice. He regularly advises local and international client’s on financial, corporate and commercial issues relating to the financial, energy, power and construction industries.

He is the current Chairman of the Aviation Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law.

• Successfully represented a large international construction company and obtained a substantial arbitral award against one of the northern states of Nigeria;
•  Currently representing a large international construction company in arbitral proceedings against one of the eastern states of Nigeria;
• Successfully advised and assisted a large logistics company in recovery of sums in excess of USD $ 3 Million USD due under Transport Service Contract;
• Currently representing an Irish Aircraft Leasing Company in the registration and enforcement of a foreign judgment, against a local airline;
• Currently advising a large energy company on financing in respect of proposed renewable energy projects.
