Aderemi Dalley is an experienced corporate and commercial advisory expert who advises on both contentious and non-contentious corporate, energy and intellectual property matters. He is the current Vice- Chairman of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Section on Business Law of the Nigerian Bar Association.

• Advised PGINL on its various interest and acquisition of its Gas Flow Station, in Ogun State.
• Advised a large energy company on regulatory compliance for it acquisition and establishment of a Multibillion Naira Gas plant in Ogele, Rivers State.
• Advised PGINL, Gas Distribution Services Limited (GDSL) in connection with its financial, regulatory and equity stake in CNG.
• Advised APA Development Council in the establishment of leases, acquisition of land concessions, construction and Design project of the Development of Seaport and free Trade zone, in Africa.
• Advised Cummins on diverse transactions including it current acquisition of its independent Power plant in Ogun State.
