Moreover, the firm acted for an Israeli company, Instris, with regard to its acquisition of a large residential project in Prague and in forming a joint venture with a local developer partner. One highlight this year for Rutland Jezek illustrates the firm’s proficiency in insolvency law as the firm continues to advise Unibal – Rodamco in many insolvency proceedings against a number of debtors.
