Bojovic Dasic Kojovic was involved in a significant cross-border M&A deal that spanned over five countries of the former Yugoslavia. It advised Atlantic Grupa on its €380 million acquisition of Droga Kolinska Group. This young firm is definitely sending waves through the market and has strengthened its team with a number of recruits. Looking ahead, it will be pushing for a higher ranking. "I would put BDK in tier two, a very good law firm...they've done very well. They're quite young and came out of PWC (PricewaterhouseCooper)," one partner says. "BDK are young and work hard. They will probably be a good name in some years to come. I think what they need is a bit more experience. They need to have a bit more weight on the market," another partner says, adding: "BDK they need a bit of maturing [but] I believe they have the necessary ability to mature, but it will take some time."
