In March 2011, the firm represented Argentina's largest online trading company, InvertirOnline.com, as it expanded into Chile with its acquisition of Fit Research Corredores de Bolsa. A subscription of 10% of Fit's shares, along with a share swap and put option agreement, were required to acquire 100% of Fit's holdings. The deal was led by named partner Garrido who also advised New York-based Eton Park on selling Allus group to Contax, a Brazilian customer services firm, in May 2011.
Additionally, the firm represented Advent International as it sold its 100% equity stake in Nuevo Banco Comercial, Kedal and Bautzen (Pronto!) to Scotiabank.
