Dobrev Kinkin & Lyutskanov breaks into the rankings this year to secure a place in tier four. Established in 1989, the firm is one of the first private law firms to have been established in Bulgaria after the democratic reforms and has firmly rooted itself in the legal landscape.
The firm is proficient in banking & finance and corporate matters and this year advised Italy’s PVB Power, on a €4.5 million financing of the Bulgarian VEZ Maritza for purchasing and developing hydropower plant projects along the Maritza River. The value of the entire project stands at €110 million. The firm has also been providing financial and corporate advice in excess of €13million to key client Sparky Group (listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange).
