Aritman Yildirim Aksun (AYA) law firm was founded by experienced Turkish attorneys Melis Aritman Alp (IFLR Leading Lawyer 2011), Aylin Aksun and Lale Giray Yildirim. AYA Law Firm is a dynamic firm, combining the extensive experience of its members with a practical approach, resulting in creative and efficient legal solutions on Turkish law related matters in cross-border transactions, ranging from M&A transactions, joint ventures, capital markets law, corporate and project finance, energy law, privatization and aviation law.
