Tos & Partners is a highly diverse law firm capable of adjusting to
the ever-expanding international market while at the same time
satisfying increasing demands coming from our clients. In particular,
the corporate and commercial areas we specialize in allow us to cover a
wide range of cross-border cases. We cover important cases from the
Western Balkans (Macedonia, Serbia) but also from farther away, notably
from Angola. This ability to excel in a variety of complex legal deals
won us important new international clients (e.g. a foreign aviation
company). At the same time, we dealt with some of the most important
regional cases, in particular highly influential Slovene companies
(important deals included an airport company and a Slovene
telecommunications company).
Moreover, we believe that commercial awareness and up-to-date
information are crucial in order to remain competent in the global
market. Following this vision, we carry out regular educational
programmes for our attorneys (for instance, a number of two-day seminars
organized by the Law Chamber of Slovenia that are compulsory for all
