The firm is not often involved in transactional work; however, it has attracted the interest of major clients in the form of retainer agreements. The firm has in place an exclusive contract in providing continual legal services to Unicredit Bank (one of the first such contracts signed between a bank and a law firm in Bosnia). The firm has also attracted Volksbank, where it has signed a similar retainer agreement.

Furthermore, in addition to the telecommunications building contract that the firm has with Hrvatske telekomunikacije, the firm has agreed to provide legal services to NIS (a regional leader in the oil industry) in the area of corporate management.
