For oil company Midtap, Beiruti advised on establishing a $200 million joint venture in Egypt for the development of storage terminal pipelines and marine facilities for the import of oil products on a BOOT (build-opearte-own-transfer) basis.
On the side of the sponsors, Beiruiti advised on a $10 million mining project in Jordan, which included ratifying agreements with the government, in May 2011.
In a telecoms deal, the firm advised Orange Jordan on structuring agreements relating to the introduction of money services through mobile phones.
