It is best placed in the Finnish market with regards to advising national companies and has a good presence on midsize private equity transactions.
In recent examples of work, the firm advised a fast growing Finnish company Nebula in its sale through tender offer, a local company on its acquisition of Real Networks (which was in the process of divesting) and a client on the acquisition of IRC Galleria, a Finnish social media networking site aimed at 15-24 year olds.
