Stelios Americanos & Co is headed by managing partner Stelios Americanos who is one of the key figures at the firm in major deals over the last 12 months.
Last year he led the team acting for Bank of Moscow, a joint stock commercial bank, in the drafting and reviewing of security and facility agreements worth $1.13 billion.
In terms of the firm's work in emerging markets, Stelios closed a $20 million investment deal for Bremille Investments into a Ukrainian real estate developer company listed on the UK Aim market.
The team was also involved in a deal advising a Russian bank on a $100 million loan to a Cypriot company in order to finance the completion of a shopping mall in Moscow.
