Established in 2006, Tokushev and Partners law office is starting to build itself a presence on the Bulgarian legal landscape. The practice is driven by Viktor Tokushev and in the last twelve months, it has built up its market offering with a spate of junior hires. The firm provides services primarily to corporate clients and, of late, has been involved in some interesting work.
With regard to the large (in excess of) €18 million Danube Mall financing in Rousse, the firm provided one of its key clients Hypo Alpe Adria Leasing with legal and litigation services in front of the court of arbitration at the Bulgarian chamber of commerce and industry. The firm also advised Intercapital Property Development REIT, the first Bulgarian company whose stocks are listed and traded at the Bulgarian and Warsaw Stock Exchanges respectively, on its capital increase and stocks listing in Poland.
