The firm has advised: Meera Investments on investments in Real estate where the Tax incentives obtained were in the sum of Ushs. 36 Billion (US $ 18 million); BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc and Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP in an oil and energy deal worth $15 million; Thorsteinssons LLP on off shore sale of immovable property; FINCA International INC on a range of corporate and tax issues.

The firm has also advised the Government of the Republic of Liberia on benchmarking and drafting the Revenue Code of Liberia. It has worked with IFC and World Bank on assignment to draft the Tax Appeals Tribunal laws of the Republic of Rwanda. It has also worked for the Republic of Nigeria on Training on Modernization of Tax payer Identification System.

The firm was co-opted by GIZ on behalf of the Republic of Zambia for reforms on taxation of Small Medium Enterprise; and contracted by the East African Community together with GIZ to develop the EAC Double Taxation Agreement with third countries and a Code of Conduct against Harmful Tax practices among EAC members among others.
