On the corporate side, the team is developing a reputation for advising on factory projects. Last year lead partner Tran Si Vy was heavily involved on such projects, including advising Vinamilk on the acquisition of land for the proposed construction of a dairy farm; representing Bien Hoa Sugar as it established a $230 million production plant and acting for Thai company Shaiyo AA on its investment into a $100 million wood chip factory.
