manufacturing, in the acquisition of Set Group Holding Anonim Sirketi
and Set Çimento Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi from the Italian group
Italcement;
• Advised Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality for the privatization of
its subsidiary, IDO Istanbul Deniz Otobüsleri Anonim Sirketi, Istanbul's
leading sea transportation company for USD 861 million
