The firm acted as sole advisors to Eurobank and the European Investment Bank as lenders in the Greek Fire Brigade PPP project, and is engaged in the bidding stage of two additional PPP projects.
In banking, Alexandros Kosmopoulos advised MJ Maillis on the refinancing ofstand-alone trade finance facilities totalling €24 million, and acted for Deutsche Bank on issues relating to a €25 million facility. The firm also advised Sprider Stores on a €35 million loan from Emporiki Bank, and Shop & Trade in a €29 million loan from Eurobank.
