After attracting high profile mandates, Glinska & Miskovic breaks into the third tier this year. The firm advised a host of international financial institutions in one of the most significant corporate finance transactions of last year in Croatia. The deal concerned €352 Million secured term and revolving loan facilities to Agrokor. Additionally the firm advised various international banks on the only bond issue by a Croatian corporate issuer on the international capital markets in 2010. This was a €150 million tap issue by Agrokor.
The firm maintains close cooperation with DLA Piper, but also works also with other major international law firms including Clifford Chance, Allen & Overy, Latham & Watkins and Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft.
