The pair were active for company DarHold last year securing two credit facility agreements. The first was a $35 million loan, which closed in November 2010 and more recently, the second was for $54 million and involved a share charge agreement and closed in May 2011.
In a bankruptcy case the firm is representing Abu Aysheh Brothers assisting it with paying off its outstanding $11 million debt with three banks in Sudan.
