• Provision of ongoing legal services and advice for the operation of the US$220 M property fund for JSM Indochina LTD in relation to six subsidiary companies and the development, construction and sale of five major real estate development projects in Cambodia.

Energy
• Acted as legal counsel in the US$140 M financing by a group of Malaysian banks, to a subsidiary of a company that holds a concession right over a 100 MW Coal Fired Power Plant in Sihanoukville, Cambodia. Our scope of work included, reviewing and advising on all project, financing and security documents as well as due diligence on the project company.
