"Patricia, as far as I know, is not doing local lawyering. She's an excellent lady, she's a business developer person," one partner says.
In the last twelve months, the firm has had its share of top instructions. It advised Export Development Canada with regard to a €135 million term loan granted to state owned company, Rudarsko-Topionicarski Basen Bor (RTB Bor). This promises to help the company modernise its business and attract new investors. Additionally, the firm advised the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development (EBRD) in regard to the €130 million financing of a new inner ring road, including a new bridge crossing over the Sava River at Ada Ciganlija.
