A highlight for the firm in the last year was its advisory role to Lotte Chilsung Beverage Co in its acquisition of a 34% controlling stake in Pepsi Cola Philippines. The team from the firm included key partner Perry Pe and the transaction was completed in October 2010 for P3.9 billion ($91 million).
