The firm acted as local counsel to International Finance Corporation (IFC) in an investment in Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation in the past year. This transaction was yet to be completed at time of writing, with the firm working across the table from international counsel such as Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom and Shearman & Sterling.
