The capital markets team got accolades for advising the originators in the first ever securitisation under Norwegian law but it also acted for Sparebanken Midt-Norge on a substantial rights issue in early 2010. The security trustee, Deutsche Trustee Company, who was marginally involved, was also assisted by Simonsen.
