The transaction was completed in January 2011 and valued at RM240 million ($75 million).

The firm advised Kumpulan Fima on its acquisition of 80% of the total issued and paid-up share capital of Victoria Square Plantation. This transaction was completed in February 2011 and was valued at RM 21 million ($6.9 million). Another notable matter for the firm was its representation of Employees Provident Fund on a proposed joint venture relating to the construction and development of properties in the country. The transaction was closed in April 2011, with the value reported to be up to RM185 million.
